Duggan Cooley

Duggan Cooley is an experienced nonprofit leader with a strong background in executive management and development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Pinellas Community Foundation since November 2016, Cooley previously held the positions of President/CEO at the United Way of Pasco County from December 2011 to November 2016 and at Religious Community Services, Inc. (RCS) from January 2006 to December 2011. Additionally, Cooley was the Director of Development at St. Augustine Church and Catholic Student Center from August 2003 to January 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University of Florida, as well as a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
