Chris Rose

Chris Rose serves as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for Pinellas County Government since September 2021, leading a team to develop operating and capital budgets, enhance the County's Strategic Plan, and improve service delivery efficiency. Previously, Chris held various positions within the City of Miami from July 1997 to January 2021, including Budget Director and Deputy Director, where responsibilities encompassed financial administration, budget development, and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes a role as Legislative Aide in the Senate of the State of Florida from November 1992 to July 1993. Chris holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Wheaton College.
