Brian Shea

Brian Shea has extensive experience in the performing arts and education, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Pinellas County Schools since May 2023. Shea has held various roles at Barnes & Noble, Inc. since September 1997 as a Bookseller. At Ruth Eckerd Hall, from 2011 to January 2025, Shea worked as a Private Lesson Instructor in Acting and as an Instructor in Theatre Performance. Additional teaching experience includes serving as a Guest Teacher in the Theatre Department at Osceola Fundamental High School from August to November 2023, focusing on technical theatre and performance. Shea contributed to the Tampa Bay arts community as a Theatre Reviewer for The Gabber Newspaper from May 2022 to August 2023, and previously worked as a Production Stage Manager for freeFall Theatre Company and as a Volunteer Marketing Director at Theatre Tampa Bay. As an actor since October 2000 with Jobsite Theater, and co-producer of the award-winning feature film "Waiting On Mary," Shea holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Performance from the University of South Florida.
