Raquel Waters

Raquel Waters, LMSW, currently serves as a therapist at Ellie Mental Health since February 2024 and has held multiple roles at Pinewood Springs, including outpatient therapist, inpatient unit therapist, and intern unit therapist since August 2021. Additionally, Raquel operates as a co-active coach under Raquel A Waters since October 2018. Previous experience includes positions as a team coach at Let It Shine Gymnastics Inc and Discovery Gymnastics, a clinical therapist at 21st District Recovery Court, and roles in development and job coaching at the Community Housing Partnership of Williamson County and The Family Center, respectively. Raquel's counseling background began at Place of Hope from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MSSW from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and co-active coaching certification from CTI.
