Willis Yung

Willis Yung currently serves as the Head of Technology Risk at Ping An OneConnect Bank (Hong Kong) Limited since May 2023 and also holds a position as a Part-Time Lecturer at 香港大學專業進修學院, teaching on topics related to AI, DeFi, and Risk Governance. Previously, Willis Yung was the Head of Technology and Operational Risk at Airstar Bank Limited from January 2022 to May 2023, and served as AVP of Technology Risk and Cybersecurity at 中銀國際 from January 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes roles at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong as a Manager in the Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice and at 怡和科技 as a Senior Consultant focused on Enterprise Security. Earlier career highlights include senior positions at 中信國際電訊CPC and 和記電訊. Academically, Willis Yung holds an MSc in Information Systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a BSc in Business, and a Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
