Erin Farrell

Erin Farrell has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Chief of Staff, HR at Ping Identity since August 2015, where a focus on identity security has been integral to the company's vision. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions within the organization, including Manager, Human Resources and Sr. HR Business Partner. Previous experience includes working as a Corporate Recruiter at Eventus Solutions Group, LLC, where a specialization in contact center solutions was emphasized, and as a Technical Recruiter at Prodigy Resources, responsible for sourcing and placing technical candidates for a diverse range of businesses. Erin began the professional journey at Chi Omega Fraternity as Philanthropy Chair, organizing fundraising events and engaging with community organizations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and further studies at Paul Mitchell The School-Denver.
