Anuradha Veluswamy

Anuradha Veluswamy has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Anuradha began their career in 2004 as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel, where they enhanced and maintained mainframe applications while managing the software development life cycle and quality assurance activities. In 2011, they joined Pinger as a Technical Program Manager and achieved the employee of the year award within the first year for implementing an innovative cross-functional workflow across the organization. Anuradha managed a large program to develop a business management mobile application for small business owners. Anuradha also served as a Software Engineer and Team Lead for complex feature development projects, developing various APIs for mobile and web applications and working closely with QA and Engineering teams.

Anuradha Veluswamy studied at San Jose State University from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master's degree in Software Engineering. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Learning Program Management and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn, as well as a Strategic Thinking certification. In 2016, they obtained a Scrum Master Certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2005, they earned a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) from QAI Global - India.
