Karen O'Reilly has worked for a number of companies since 2006. Karen began their career at ESB as an Asset Management in 2006, where they were responsible for integrating a new SAP database and training members of their team. In 2008, they moved to France Telecom/GOA as a Monitoring Technician and Datacentre Supervisor, where they helped set up the Data Centre and installed IBM BladeCenter H22 servers. In 2009, they joined Airtricity as an Operations Trainer and Customer Service, where they were responsible for answering inbound calls and maintaining a high level of customer service. Finally, in 2012, they joined Pinger as an EMEA Operations Manager, Project Management, Learning & Organisation Development Manager, where they were responsible for managing and motivating the Operations & Customer Service team.
Karen O'Reilly obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Programming from the Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology between 2002 and 2006. In 2009 and 2010, they obtained their EDI (JEB) in Teachers’ Qualification ICTS from Dorset College. In 2021, they obtained their Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management certification from UCD Professional Academy in December 2021.
