Seamus Woods has been in the workforce since 2003, when they began working at Tesco Ireland as a Team Leader, Customer Service Representative, and General Assistant. Seamus'sduties included resolving issues and problems encountered by fellow employees, dealing with customer complaints, and delivering a pleasant working environment. In 2017, they began working at The DPW Group as an Office Assistant, and at Apple as an AHA advisor. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Support Advocate at Pinger.
