Hossein Siavashnia

Hossein Siavashnia has a diverse work experience in the jewelry industry. Hossein started their career at Siavashnia Gold and Jewelry in 1993, where they worked as a Jewelry Sales Associate for three years. Hossein then transitioned to the role of Visual Merchandiser for three years and subsequently became the Manager of Operations for four years.

In 2002, Hossein joined Tehrani Jewelry as a Client Services Representative and later became a Senior Buyer, responsible for purchasing diamonds and gemstones from global suppliers and attending international trade shows.

In 2005, they founded their own company, NEW DESIGN JEWELRY GROUP (Aka TARHE NO), and served as the Founder and CEO for twelve years. During this time, they gained extensive leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

Afterward, Hossein joined New Design Jewelry as the Lead Buyer and creative director in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for nurturing creative direction and leading the buying process.

In 2022, they joined Otech as a Marketing Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company.

Most recently, in 2023, Hossein joined Pesto as a Valuation Manager & Asset Specialist, where they utilize their expertise in valuations and asset management to contribute to the company's success.

Hossein Siavashnia has a diverse education history. Hossein pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from Azad University (IAU) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Islamic Azad University between 2000 and 2004. In 2018, Hossein Siavashnia enrolled at Yale University to study Psychology, although the specific degree they pursued is not mentioned. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Coaching Your Team to Think and Act Strategically," "Consumer Behavior: Using Neuroscience to Improve Your Marketing," "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," and "Learning Design Thinking" from LinkedIn in January 2023. Hossein also completed "the science of well being" certification from Yale University in August 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a "LiFE COACH TRAINING" certification from Robbins Madanes Training in February 2018. Furthermore, they acquired expertise in "neuro-economics" from Yale University and "DIAMOND GRADING" from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) in 2018 and 2000, respectively.
