Karen Li is the Managing Director for PingPong in the United States. Karen has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry and has held various leadership positions in companies such as PayPal, Capgemini, and BearingPoint.

Karen Li started their career in 2003 as a Solution Architect for HP. In 2004, they joined BearingPoint as a Manager and was responsible for leading a team of consultants that delivered application development and systems integration services. In 2009, they left BearingPoint to join Bleum as an Account Manager for Walmart.com.

In 2010, Karen Li joined Capgemini as the General Manager of Application System Delivery Service. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the delivery of various key solutions including CRM, IDM, and Auto DMS. During their time at Capgemini, Karen Li successfully grew the business and expanded their team.

In 2015, Karen Li joined PayPal as the Head of Integration for the China Business Unit Large Merchant team. In this role, they were responsible for leading the integration of PayPal with large merchants in China.

In 2017, Karen Li joined PingPong Financial as the Managing Director/CEO for the United States. In this role, they are responsible for the growth of merchant services in global markets, US marketing and sales, banking relationships, US recruiting and team expansion, and global initiatives. Karen Li has a Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System in Economics and Management School and Computer Science from Tsinghua University.

Some direct reports include Jason Folk - Head of Business Development, US Ecommerce, Cammy Nguyen - Head of Human Resources, North America. Karen Li reports to Yu Chen, Founder and CEO. They work with Chunhe Zhang - Managing Director, Europe S.A., Ning Wang - Co-founder & Chief Business Officer, and Kenny Tsang - Managing Director.
