Richard Zheng

Richard Zheng has a diverse and extensive work experience in various managerial and technical roles. Richard most recently served as the Senior IT Director (equivalent to CTO) at PingPong, leading a 150+ tech team in developing a cross-border e-commerce finance application suite. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Software Development Manager, where they managed teams and played a key role in formulating strategies and launching new services for EU retail cross-border sourcing and fulfillment. Earlier in their career, Richard also worked at Dell as a Manager of Software Development, First Data Corporation, SAP, Wincor Nixdorf, and Wisrich Ltd., holding various managerial and technical positions. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in software development, project management, and team management.

Richard Zheng completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Certificate in Business Management from Ryerson University.
