Daniela Marcouizos

Daniela Marcouizos has a diverse work experience in the travel and events industry. Daniela currently holds the position of Head de Operações at Pinguim Incentive Travel & Tech since February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an International Operations Specialist at Top Service Incentive Travel & Events from November 2021 to February 2023. Their responsibilities included budget proposal creation, supplier management, and project execution for national and international events and incentives.

Before that, Daniela worked as a Project Manager at Eventesse Tour & Incentive from July 2018 to January 2019 and as an MICE Planner at Unique MICE & Travel from an unspecified date to June 2018. Daniela also gained business ownership experience as the Owner of Dr Shape Alphaville from November 2014 to January 2017.

In 2002, they pursued further education at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and obtained a postgraduate degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2003, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing again and completed an MBA in Marketing in 2004. In 2017, Daniela enrolled at Febracis Coaching and specialized in Coach Integral Sistêmico for Life, Business & Sports coaching. Finally, in 2019, they attended Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC and became a certified Professional & Self Coach.
