James Alvey

James Alvey has a strong background in the spirits industry, with experience in sales and business development roles at companies such as Pinhook Bourbon, Log Still Distillery, Michter's Distillery, LLC, and Chatham Imports. At Pinhook Bourbon, James currently serves as the Sales Director for control states. James's previous roles involved overseeing product training, brand education, new product development, market development plans, and distributor and broker relationships. James also has experience in whiskey processing and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
