Aiswarya M is a Structural Engineer currently employed at Pini Group since September 2023, following work as an Associate Engineer at COWI from May 2021 to June 2023, focusing on the analysis and design of structural elements for underground metro stations. Previously, Aiswarya served as an Assistant Professor at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College from July 2019 to April 2021, demonstrating effective teaching and professional practices. Early career experience includes an internship at Geo-Structural Ltd, where analysis and design of various structural components were conducted. Aiswarya holds a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering.
