Martino Scialpi

Martino Scialpi, PMP, CCM, serves as the Technical Director for Pini Group USA Inc. since August 2022, specializing in the design, specifications, and risk assessment of tunnel and shaft projects for the Potomac River Tunnel under the DC Clean Rivers initiative. Previously, Martino worked as a Lead Associate at McMillen Jacobs Associates and as a Senior Engineer/Tunnel Manager at Kiewit, overseeing significant projects such as the Doan Valley Project in Cleveland, OH. Additionally, Martino managed projects at Robbins, including the Rondout West Branch Tunnel in New York and the AMR Project in Andhra Pradesh, India. Earlier career experience includes serving as Site Manager/Tunnel Manager at SELI S.p.A. for the Tsuen Wan Drainage Tunnel in Hong Kong. Martino holds an engineering degree in Tunneling/Mining Works from Politecnico di Torino, obtained in 2006.
