Ulises Gonzalez is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in recruitment, public affairs, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiter at Pinion since February 2022, Ulises manages talent pipelines and fosters relationships with students. Previously at INVISTA as the Public Affairs and Communication Manager, responsibilities included developing community engagement strategies and managing internal communications. Earlier roles encompass coordinating programs for young professionals at W, leading initiatives for diversity and inclusion at Fort Hays State University, and oversight of the Hispanic College Institute. Ulises holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Tourism & Hospitality Management from Fort Hays State University.
