Wagner Mohallem

Wagner Mohallem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as Co-Founder of Vexo since August 2024. Wagner holds multiple positions at PiniOn, including Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer, and Finance / People & Culture Director, as well as similar roles at v-tracker. Prior experience includes HR Director at Keeggo and Partner at Passarelli Executive Search, among other significant leadership roles in various consulting and credit risk firms. Wagner completed an MBA at IE Business School and holds degrees in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and Economy from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
