Scott M. Tyman

Scott M. Tyman is an experienced operations manager and adventure guide at PINK Adventure Tours since December 2021. Previously, Tyman served as a senior consultant at Blue Courage from November 2014 to December 2017, focusing on inspiring character and fostering human connections. A retired sergeant from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Tyman held various roles, including employee services coordinator, detective sergeant, and training officer, overseeing critical incident stress management programs and conducting complex investigations. Tyman also worked as an adjunct instructor at Rio Salado College to ensure compliance with law enforcement training curricula and began a career in customer service at Smitty's Big Town in 1983.
