Chelvis Bell

Chelvis Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, compliance, and legal affairs. Currently serving as a Claims Team Manager at State Farm since March 2023, Chelvis manages the daily production of 14 claims associates, focusing on productivity, time management, and customer relations. In addition, Chelvis holds the position of COO at Men of Excellence Inc., a non-profit organization, overseeing all operational aspects, including fundraising and mentoring programs. As the Director of Operations and Compliance at Pinkberry Ventures, Inc. since September 2021, responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and inventory.
