Heather Greulich, MA, MBA, LPC, LCADC, ACS has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and addiction services. Heather has held several directorial positions, including Director of Corporate Compliance and Administrative Operations at Turning Point, Inc. and Director of Administrative Services at the same organization. Heather has also served as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) at Turning Point, where they were responsible for coordinating improvement processes across all departments.

Heather has also worked as a Consultant at Ascend Treatment and Wellness Center, LLC, where they facilitated the development of behavioral health programs in accordance with guidelines from the Division of Mental Health & Addiction Services (DMHAS). In addition, they have run their own private practice as a Psychotherapist and Alcohol and Drug Clinician, providing counseling to individuals and families.

Heather has also worked as a Consultant at Excel Treatment Center and The Bridge, Inc, where they were responsible for program development, review of policies and procedures, and data collection/analysis. At Atlantic Health, Center for Mental Health, they served as an Acute Behavioral Health Clinician, developing and coordinating integrated treatment programs for adults recovering from mental illness and substance abuse.

Earlier in their career, Heather held roles as Director of Addiction Services and Coordinator of Addiction Services at The Bridge, Inc. Heather also worked as a Senior Clinician/Off-Hour Family Crisis Supervisor at the same organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Per Diem In-Home Clinician at Care Plus NJ, Inc. and as a Medical Assistant at Pediatric Professional Associates.

Heather's work experience also includes research and lab assistant roles, where they conducted research on infant cognition and perception at Cornell Psychology Department: Infant Cognition Lab.

Heather Greulich, MA, MBA, LPC, LCADC, ACS has a strong educational background in psychology and counseling. Heather obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Cornell University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, Heather pursued further education at the William Paterson University of New Jersey. Heather completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Clinical and Counseling Psychology from 2002 to 2004.

In recent years, Heather has expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing additional education. Heather enrolled again at the William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Heather has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Heather is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), which they achieved in July 2016. Additionally, they hold the National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification from the NBCC, obtained in October 2007. Heather has also completed a Non-Profit Management Certificate program at the William Paterson University of New Jersey.
