Stacey Silva

Stacey Silva, MPA, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pinkerton Academy since June 2021, where responsibilities include administration leadership and community engagement. Prior to this role, Stacey directed the Bureau of Human Resources Management for the State of New Hampshire's Department of Health & Human Services, overseeing agency-wide HR goals. With extensive experience at the University of New Hampshire spanning from 1995 to 2020, roles included Human Resources Manager and various generalist positions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Stacey holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Granite State College.
