Mike Pentek

Mike Pentek is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in corporate security and operations. As Managing Director at Pinkerton since November 2019, Mike leads a regional team and drives strategic efforts in risk management and investigations. Prior to this role, Mike served as Sr. Manager of Security Operations at Express Scripts, where oversight of departmental performance and budgeting was key. At Apollo Education Group, Mike managed a nationwide security team and developed enterprise-wide strategies for security. Mike's career began at Target, progressing through various roles focused on asset protection and operational excellence, culminating in a position as Distribution Manager. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
