Gerardo Aleman

Gerardo Aleman is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently employed at Pinnacle since September 2015. Previously, Gerardo served as IT Support at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center from February 2011 to September 2015, providing support in a medical environment and troubleshooting desktops and laptops. Gerardo's early career involved work as a Field Service Technician at All Tech 1 from January 2006 to January 2011, where troubleshooting and repairing PCs for various customers was the primary focus. Additionally, Gerardo gained valuable experience as a salesman at Banner Furniture from January 2000 to January 2006, developing skills in customer rapport and communication. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Heald College, completed between 2004 and 2006.
