Lezlie Snoozy-Kaitfors is an accomplished fractional CEO with extensive experience in guiding small businesses, having worked with over 65 clients since February 2024. Currently serving as a Pinnacle Business Guide and CEO & Founder of Rise Business, Lezlie also leads St. Faber Group, LLC as CEO since December 2016. As a best-selling author of "IS IT TIME?", Lezlie addresses the unique challenges and joys of the later stages of life. Previous roles include ownership and leadership at multiple Comfort Keepers franchises and significant contributions as a developer and CEO of Belle Estate Senior Living.
