Jeffrey Ramsey

Jeffrey Ramsey has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT. Jeffrey currently works as a Cyber Security Engineer at Pinnacle Business Systems since December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Cyber Security Mentor at Chegg Inc. starting from April 2022. From March 2022 to December 2022, Jeffrey worked as a SOC Analyst at Lodestone. Jeffrey also has experience as a Security Systems Administrator at CED from April 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as an IT Help Desk Analyst II at FBMC Benefits Management from December 2018 to January 2021. Jeffrey started their career as a Support Center Technician at Western Illinois University from August 2016 to November 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Cybersecurity Team Intern at Aldi from June 2017 to August 2017.
