Jonathan Earnest

Jonathan Earnest is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience, currently serving as General Manager at B.HOM Student Living since March 2021, after previously holding the role of Assistant Community Manager. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as Community Manager at Redstone Residential for a brief period in early 2021 and served as Community Manager at B.HOM Student Living from July 2020 to January 2021. Jonathan's career in property management began at Asset Living, where responsibilities included Assistant General Manager and Leasing Agent from May 2017 to July 2020. Additionally, Jonathan gained customer service experience as a Front Desk Associate at UNLV University Libraries during the same period. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2014 and 2018.
