Alexis Bales

Alexis Bales, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Pinnacle Construction, where efforts have led to the successful acquisition of a $9.8M project, enhancing the company's competitive positioning. Prior to this role, Alexis gained extensive experience at MarshBerry as an Experiential Marketing Manager and Event Manager, overseeing over 40 events annually and executing the company's inaugural virtual summit. Additionally, Alexis worked as an Event Coordinator at GE Lighting, providing high-level support to C-suite executives, and as an Office Manager at Cleveland Construction, where project management initiated for a historic renovation was a key focus. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Applied Human Services from Tiffin University.
