Spencer Conco

Spencer Conco currently serves as the Director of Program Operations at Pinnacle Family Services since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, and In-home Family Therapist at Health Connect America from July 2012 to June 2022, as well as a Graduate Assistant in the Diversity Educators Program at East Tennessee State University from August 2010 to May 2012. Spencer's earlier career involved positions as a Call Center Representative at AT&T, a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia, and a Residential Technician at Frontier Health. Spencer holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Kentucky. Spencer's educational background also includes studies at Texas Wesleyan University and a high school diploma from Campbellsville High School.
