Michele Izaguirre MBA serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Pinnacle Fertility since September 2023, following a robust career in healthcare management. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr. Practice Manager and Practice Manager at Envision Healthcare from May 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multiple facilities, managing a budget with a P&L responsibility of $40MM, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Previous roles include Office Manager at Sage Dental Group and Practice Administrator at Premier Dental Group LLC, as well as Patient Access Representative at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. Michele holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami, complemented by a study abroad experience in healthcare in India.
