Luis Perez

Luis Perez is an experienced foundation repair professional currently serving as the Foundation Repair Service Manager at Pinnacle Foundation Repair since September 2023, where evaluations and repair plans for both residential and commercial foundations are performed. Prior to this role, Luis was the Foundation Repair Warranty Manager at Perma Pier Foundation Repair of Texas from January 2015 to September 2023, managing the warranty department and conducting evaluations on previously repaired foundations. Luis also held the position of Senior Foundation Evaluator at Hotel Services Inc. from September 2007 to May 2011. Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from UCLA, completed between 2001 and 2006.
