Megan Martinez

Megan Martinez is a seasoned professional in the field of program management and member engagement, currently serving as Member Success and Executive Support at Pinnacle Global Network since July 2023. With extensive experience at the Joe & Mary Mottino Family YMCA since April 2018 as a Health and Safety Trainer and as Director of Programs at Armed Services YMCA Camp Pendleton from April 2021 to July 2023, Megan has effectively managed a variety of programs, including Operation Little Learners and Operation Kid Comfort. Previous roles at the YMCA of San Diego County included Aquatics Director, Membership Engagement Supervisor, and Senior Member Service Representative, where responsibilities spanned operations management, staff training, and customer service excellence. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University San Marcos and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from MiraCosta College.
