Phil Black is a seasoned business strategist and CEO mentor, currently leading Pinnacle Global Network since August 2017, where the focus is on empowering entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and enhance team productivity. As the founder and CEO of Inner Radiance Advisors since August 2011, Phil has developed training programs for individuals and organizations aimed at improving communication through emotional intelligence. Phil also founded The Accelerated Leadership Academy, which specializes in quick-start programs for aspiring leaders. With a strong background in personal development from roles at Peak Potentials and The Ultimate Game of Life, Phil has honed skills in coaching and strategic alliances. Previous experiences include leadership positions in corporate training, real estate management, and sales strategy development, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from San Diego State University.
