Raaj Bharania

Raaj is Business Manager for the North and Midlands and has overall responsibility for performance, standards and compliance, and over 250 staff members working in those regions. Raaj works alongside the FM Managing Director and operational Contract Managers to ensure consistently high levels of service provision across work in Birmingham, Manchester, Walsall and Leicester. Raaj also manages compliance, risk management, client relationships and growth.

Raaj joined Pinnacle in 2000 and has over 20 years’ experience as a housing professional, with a further three years in property inspection and valuation. Raaj held a variety of senior posts in local government with responsibility for Comprehensive neighbourhood service provisions. His qualifications include an HNC in Housing Management.
