Jim Yanci is an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, with over 30 years in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Principal at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting since October 2021 and as Founder & CEO of JAY Advisory Services LLC since June 2021, Jim's work focuses on providing practical solutions for growth and sustainability in healthcare. Previous positions include Principal at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP until retirement in June 2020, Sr. Manager at Charis Healthcare, Black Belt at GE Healthcare, and Manager of Enterprise Business Development at Philips Healthcare. Jim holds a Master of Science in Technical Education from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Youngstown State University.
