Currently serving as a Utilization Review Specialist and Clinical Manager at Pinnacle Home Care since May 2020, Rachael previously worked as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Carter Healthcare and as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Rachael began a nursing career at BayCare Health System as a Trauma RN. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Western Governors University, as well as an Associate of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from St. Petersburg College, along with a Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from Pinellas Technical College.
