Roger Savy

Roger Savy has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Roger started their career in 1990 at Merck as a Senior Brand Manager, where they successfully launched a new product called Proscar. In 1994, they moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various roles, including Director of Franchise Management and Senior Brand Manager, focusing on evaluating brand life cycles and implementing marketing strategies. In 2008, Roger joined Old Republic Title as Vice President and Sales Manager, where they coached and trained title/account executives in real estate and lending brokerages. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Absolute Mortgage, where they served as Director of Business Development, providing support and mentorship to loan officers and real estate professionals. In 2015, they joined Pinnacle Capital Mortgage as the Director of Business Development and later assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partner Relationships at Pinnacle Home Loans in 2019.

Roger Savy pursued their education with dedication, earning a National Diploma in Clinical Technology with a specialization in Perfusion from ML Sultan in 1981-1983. Roger continued their academic journey at Durban University of Technology, where they achieved a Higher National Diploma in Clinical Technology focusing on Cardio patho-physiology, Methodics, and Perfusion technology from 1982 to 1987.
