Vipin Lal

Vipin Lal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vipin began their career at Mahindra Satyam as a Software Engineer Sub band S-2, where they were responsible for understanding business requirements, generating design documents, and acting as a liaison between clients and the development team. After working at Mahindra Satyam for three years, they joined Overseas Infrastructure Alliance (I) Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive in the Strategy & Planning department. In this role, they focused on EPC project execution planning, monitoring, and developing strategies for special projects. Vipin then moved on to TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited, where they served as a Deputy Manager in the Strategy & Project Management division. Finally, they currently hold the position of Head of Strategy & BPR at Pinnacle Industries Limited.

Vipin Lal earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Management in International Enterprise and Business Process Management from Leeds Business School, Leeds U.K. Vipin also holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Jabalpur Engineering College, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.
