Joshua Shaffner

Joshua Shaffner is a cybersecurity analyst currently working at Bent Ear Technology Partners and Pinnacle Family of Companies since November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as an IT Support Technician at OCULUS, Inc., and progressively advancing through technical support roles at Pax8 from Technical Support Engineer I to Technical Support Engineer III. Joshua also held the position of L2 Help Desk Analyst at Artech Information Systems and worked as a technical support agent at Convergys. Joshua is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Western Governors University, with education that commenced in August 2022. Joshua graduated from Paul V. Moore High School in 2008.
