Michael Donovan

Michael Donovan has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Michael started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager and Head Bartender at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined BlueGrace Logistics as a Truckload Carrier Sales Representative and later transitioned to the role of Drayage Carrier Sales Representative. During their time at BlueGrace Logistics, they were responsible for sourcing, quoting, tracking, and invoicing carriers, as well as implementing standard operating procedures for the drayage team. Currently, since 2023, Michael is serving as the Director of Drayage Carrier Sales at Pinnacle Logistics, where they are focused on building out the drayage team and expanding operations in various locations across North America.

Michael Donovan completed their education at St. Petersburg College. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following that, they enrolled in St. Petersburg College again and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a specialization in Finance, General, which they completed between 2017 and 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Donovan also obtained certifications. In October 2020, they received a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from BlueGrace Logistics. Furthermore, they participated in the "NewGracer" Mentorship Program at the same institution, completing it in May 2022.
