Colleen Mansour

Colleen Mansour, MHRLR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pinnacle MEP Holdings, overseeing HR functions for over 600 employees, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and M&A initiatives. Previously, Colleen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management at Real Green Systems, focusing on organizational growth and talent acquisition strategies. As Executive Director of Human Resources & Compliance at Swartz Creek School District, Colleen led HR efforts for a 550-employee team, providing strategic guidance to leadership. Colleen's experience also includes serving as Interim VP of Human Resources at Hurley Medical Center, managing HR operations for 2,500 employees, and was the Director of Major Gifts at Flint Cultural Center Corporation. Colleen holds both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University in Human Resource and Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
