Richard Whiting

Richard Whiting is a seasoned professional in business architecture and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Architecture at Cardif Pinnacle since September 2011. Previously, Richard held the position of Sales Operations Team Manager from 2000 to March 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of Project Managers focused on delivering new insurance products and establishing the Post Launch Team for post-implementation support. Additionally, Richard worked as a Special Projects Manager, leading strategic initiatives such as the formation of a policy drafting department and implementing quality assurance procedures in product launch projects.
