Chase Grimes serves as Vice President and Senior Advisor at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors since January 2022, following a decade of experience with the same firm where starting as an Associate Advisor in October 2012 and transitioning to Advisor until December 2022. Specializing in industrial, office, and retail opportunities in Colorado, Chase brings extensive knowledge in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Chase held the position of Management Associate at The Michelson Organization, focusing on asset management and market analysis for one year. Chase is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance was earned from 2007 to 2011.
