Claudius started their career in 1996 as a New Business Sales Consultant at Comms & PC People, where they were responsible for developing new accounts and managing key accounts. Claudius then joined Chamberlain Scott International in 1998 as a Managing Consultant, where they developed new business accounts and managed a team of recruitment consultants.
In 2000, Claudius moved to Computer People as a Team Leader, where they successfully turned around a team based in central London. Claudius then joined Networkers International in 2002 as a Business Development Manager, securing and managing high-volume staffing accounts with global telecommunications vendors and operators.
In 2011, Claudius became the VP of Sales & Marketing at Trilogy Innovation Inc, and from 2012 to 2013, they served as the Regional Sales Director for the Southern Region at Carbon Energy Solutions Ltd. In these roles, they focused on sales and marketing strategies and reducing clients' carbon footprint through state-of-the-art systems.
Since 2013, Claudius has been working at Pinnacle Technical Resources as a Sales Director - Wireless Innovation, driving innovative project resource solutions for wireless customers domestically and internationally.
