Raghuraman M is a seasoned professional in product management and technology, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for RCS & Channel Integrations at Pinnacle Teleservices since October 2025. With previous roles as Manager of Products at Supply Connect and Product Manager for Channel Integrations at Route Mobile Limited, Raghuraman has demonstrated expertise in driving product innovation and developing integrated solutions for omni-channel communication. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Tech Specialist at Tech Mahindra and holding various positions at Karix, where Raghuraman contributed to the successful rollout of complex systems such as the Hadoop Ecosystem.
