Logan Grace has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. They currently work as a Development Engineer at Pinnacle Transplant Technologies since 2023. Previously, Logan worked at BD starting in 2019, where they held multiple roles. As a Research and Development Engineer III, they led the manufacturing process development efforts for a novel combination drug-device. They were responsible for device design, performance requirements, manufacturability, scale-up, and preparation for GMP manufacturing. They also mentored and guided engineers new to combination device development and led the manufacturing transfer review. Before that, as a Research and Development Engineer II at BD, Logan developed and qualified a combination drug-device product line extension. They led the project through completion of DV, PMA supplement submission, launch, and post-launch activities. Logan also has experience as a Product Development Engineer at Apex Systems, an R&D Engineering Intern at Lutonix, Inc. and ProMed Molded Products, an RND Internship at Lutonix, Inc., a Research and Development Intern at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., and another RND Internship at Lutonix, Inc. They gained skills in new product development, testing, manufacturing process improvement, and project management throughout their work experience.

Logan Grace pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2018. In January 2019, Logan obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA.
