Founded in 2006, Pinnacle has grown into an organization in nine states (California, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia). The majority of locations accept private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare, and offer reasonable self-pay rates. Although not all Pinnacle network treatment centers provide all levels of care, in many of our states we provide a full continuum of care that includes the following levels: medically-monitored detoxification/withdrawal management, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, general outpatient services, and outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. In addition, the Pinnacle network provides non-treatment related services, such as housing and alumni services. All of our locations have appropriately qualified staff and, depending on the level of care and types of services provided, which may include physicians, psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, clinical services team members, and other support staff.
