Adam Cooper currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager for the Adviser Academy at Pinnacle Wealth Management, a prominent partner practice of SJP. In this role since April 2021, Adam focuses on enhancing training and development for financial advisers. Prior to this position, Adam held various roles at flatfair, including Senior Training Coordinator and Training Coordinator, contributing to the growth of a leading property technology startup. Experience includes working as a Training & Quality Coordinator at Moonpig and multiple positions at Deltra Group, focusing on recruitment for project and programme management. Earlier career highlights include roles at i2i Events Group and serving as an Awards Coordinator for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Adam is pursuing a BA (Honours) in History at The Open University while holding a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Auckland.
