JT Klahs possesses extensive experience in project management and leadership, currently serving as a Partner at Pinnacle since November 2018. In this role, JT is responsible for understanding complex client challenges and leveraging resources to create impactful solutions, alongside mentoring high-performing teams. Previous roles at Pinnacle include Project Manager and Project Engineer, where JT managed large teams and significant projects, ensuring positive client relationships and effective implementation of technical solutions. Prior to Pinnacle, JT held positions at The Kraft Heinz Company and The Ohio State University, gaining experience in production supervision and event management.
