Fraser Hess

Workstation Engineer at Pinnacol Assurance

Fraser Hess has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology, spanning several companies and roles. In 1997, they served as a Systems Administrator at Denver Seminary, where they were responsible for server administration, maintenance, and budget management. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at New Life Church as a Senior Systems Engineer, leading new project efforts and installing a new help desk/inventory system. Fraser then joined Community Mortgage Group as Director of Information Technology, overseeing all technology functions and supervising a team of two employees. In 2008, Fraser founded Glencode LLC, an independent software development company, where they developed and released Harmony for Mac and created a framework for in-app purchase in Mac applications. Currently, Fraser is employed at Pinnacol Assurance, starting in 2006. Fraser initially served as a Network Project Coordinator, migrating workstations and developing a work order tracking system. Subsequently, they held the role of Security Administrator and designed and installed an 802.1x implementation and a new Public Key Infrastructure. Since 2022, Fraser has been working as a Workstation Engineer at Pinnacol Assurance.

Fraser Hess attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Computer Science. After a gap in their education, in 2018, Fraser Hess enrolled at Liberty University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Worship Studies, which is ongoing.
